Loredana Groza - Tzuki (2008)
Loredana Groza was born on June 10, 1970 in Romania. She is a famous Romanian singer.
Biography and Career :
At the age of three she started singing and she has been singing during gymnasium and High-school.
In 1984 when she was 14 she participated in a pre-selection for the "Cantarea Romaniei" Contest in Focsani where she was remarked by Vasile Morosnu and Jold Kerestely who called her in Bucharest to take part in "Steaua fara nume" Contest even if she was very young (Minimum age was 17).
She went to the Music Contest Mamaia in 1986 when she was only 16 and won there the great prize.
In 1987 at a Music Festival in Costinesti she met the famous composer Adrian Enescu who decided to make an album with her.
It happened a premiere in Romania: appeared the first video -clip in Romania, her video-clip. This way came out her first album "Good evening, my love" in 1988 which had an extraordinary success and was sold in 1 million copies.
Her second album called "A Bouquet of Roses" was published in 1989, under Adrian Enescu and Lucian Avramescu's signature, which also had a great success.
She won in 1992 The Music Contest in Bucharest with a song written by Pechea.
In 1993 she participated again in Mamaia Contest and won the firstrank in the hit section with the song "What Will Happen With My Love". Luminita Dumitrescu made her a video to that song.
She started working on a new album, had a few collaborations with Direcria 5, Razvan Mirica and Marian Ionescu. In 1994 after a two month tour in America came out the album "Attitude".
In 1995 she performed live with Directia 5 in many towns in Romania an started working on the album "Born in Autumn".
The year 1996 wasn't less stressing; she released the album "Tomilio" and had a fructuous collaboration with Pro Tv.
She did an Unplugged Concert at the national theatre in Bucharest in 1997. After the concert she released her first maxi-single produced by MediaPRO Music and had her biggest success ever with the song "The World Is Mine" sang with the band BUG Mafia. The director of the video-clip "The World Is Mine" was Bogdan Albu.
In 1999 appeared a new maxi-single "Aromaroma" another no.1.
After ten years Loredana collaborated again with Adrian Enescu for "Dina Inamorata" album and continued with two albums with folklore influences "Agurida" and "Zaraza".
